“Eden” is an affordable accommodation place, with 20 cozy apartments, ten units in the first floor and ten units in the ground floor, located only a couple blocks away from the beach and few blocks from Puerto Morelos downtown, ideal for a quiet and relaxed ambience, but still a walking distance to all services.
Our units are designed to give our guests an out of the ordinary hotel experience in a timeless environment with a high level of comfort and functionality.

Cancellation:
We have very flexible cancellation policies:
• All reservations require a 50% deposit to guarantee the reservation. If it is for one night only, the total balance should be paid.
• All cancellations are subject to a 20% service charge of the total cost of the stay (to cover taxes, bank fees and administrative expenses) and it will be taken from the deposit.
• Full refund less service charge will be given if notice is given 60 days or more prior to your scheduled stay.
• 50% refund less service charge will be given if notice is given 30 days or more prior to your scheduled stay.
• If notice of cancellation is received less than 30 days before arrival date you will forfeit your deposit.
• Full rate is charged for no-shows, arrivals after reservation date or early departures when no notice is given. -
